Join us in fun, hands-on group experiences at the Aulander Nutrition Site that will teach you how to: Be well, Eat well, and Shop wellBeginning Tuesdays, June 13, 2023 at 10:00am. The remaining 3 sessions will be held June 20th, July 25th and August 1st.
Themes include: Globally Inspired Home Cooking, Feed Your Potential, All the Flavors of the Garden, and Tasty, Affordable Meals.
