On July 25th, Mr. Willie Davis, also known as "Big Willie", trained the campers in CPR and First Aid. During the session, he emphasized the significance of these life-saving techniques and shared his own experiences of successfully saving two friends using CPR. Mr. Davis stressed the importance of the knowledge gained at the camp and highlighted that it may empower the campers to save someone's life in the future.

During the camp, he instructed the campers on performing CPR on adults as well as babies. He also showed them how to perform the Heimlich Maneuver. In case the person is too large to wrap their arms around, he demonstrated linking arms and using both the remaining hands to press on the upper abdomen.

After the training session, the children who will be attending Babysitter Backpack took the certification exam. All of them passed and are now certified.
