Sometimes, life gets a little busy with work, school, and home! Often, we need to take a second just to breathe. Here is a fun activity you can do at home where you can take a deep breath, relax, and take a pause for a few minutes. We call this meditation in a bottle. Take a Moment to Breathe!
While you shake the bottle and watch the glitter fall, here are some things you can do help with relaxing.
- Breathe through your nose and count to three while doing so.
- Hold your breath and count to four slowly.
- Exhale through your mouth slowly while counting to five.
- Repeat it until all glitter fall to the bottom of the jar.
