Everyone should be aware of the types of scams that you may encounter and how to protect yourself. We will provide information in this workshop so you can recognize the red flags that you’re being targeted so you can prevent it from happening to you. May 14th: Embracing Wellness: Tips for Healthy Aging

We are all aging but how we do it is up to us. Join us for this workshop which will provide tips for healthy aging. Learn how to live a healthier lifestyle; move more; reduce salt, fat and sugar; manage chronic illnesses and give back by volunteering.

June 11th: Eat a Rainbow

We encourage everyone to make half of their plate fruits and vegetables at every meal. Fruits and vegetables come in many different shapes, sizes, and colors. Did you know that certain natural colors of foods carry specific health benefits? Come learn how to eat a rainbow and all of the wonderful health benefits from the different colors.

How much does it cost? These courses are offered at no cost to participants.

Can I attend if I don’t live in one of the listed counties? Yes, everyone is welcome to join via Zoom.

What if I cannot attend a live session? Please register anyway. Each month a recording of the session and materials will be sent out for participants who weren’t able to join.
