Keilah is passionate about promoting healthy living and deeply committed to our community. She's eager to get started, and here's what she has to say:

As Bertie County's new Expanded Food and Nutrition Educator (EFNEP), I'm thrilled to introduce myself! My name is Keilah Howard, and I am a proud native and current resident of Bertie County, and I have a deep-rooted interest in serving our community.

My educational journey, from being a Bertie STEM graduate to an alumna of Elizabeth City State University, has only strengthened my connection to this area. These roots instill in me a strong sense of obligation to use my passion for healthy living to serve our community through education, and I look forward to working alongside you to foster a healthier, more vibrant Bertie County for everyone.
